Dropship Sales Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in our dropship program. We have outlined the sales terms below to provide you with all the necessary information to successfully participate in our program.
1. Product Availability
All products available for dropshipping will be clearly indicated on our website. We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but occasionally, certain products may become temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated restocking date. If you have a Shopify store, please join us on Shopify Collective for seamless order processing.
2. Pricing
The pricing for dropship orders will be the same as the retail prices listed on our website. Dropship retailer margins are between 40-50%.
3. Order Placement
To place a dropship order, please connect with our customer support team at customerservice@larochere-na.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on setting up a dropshipping account with us. If you own a Shopify store, please join us here. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.
4. Payment
All dropship orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods.
5. Shipping
We offer standard shipping for all dropship orders. Orders placed using Shopify Collective will ship free. All other orders will ship using the retailer shipping account number.
6. Packaging
All dropship orders will be shipped in plain packaging without any branding or promotional materials from our company. The package will only include the ordered products and necessary shipping labels.
7. Returns and Exchanges
As a dropship partner, you are responsible for handling any returns or exchanges directly with your customers. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery at the cost of the customer. Please be advised, a 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed instructions on how to process returns and exchanges.
