Return and Exchange policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At La Rochere, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, high quality materials, safety and superior construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us within 10 days of any damage, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If, within 10 days of receipt, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. All products returned must be unused and undamaged in its original packaging with any labels still attached. Refunds are made on merchandise only (not shipping). We cannot accept returns on final sale merchandise.
Please note that items purchased through www.larochere-na.com cannot be returned or exchanged at your local La Rochere retailer, and La Rochere North America e-boutique cannot accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from a different La Rochere retailer.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns on final sale merchandise. If your sale purchase is damaged or defective, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to return an item?
1) To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via phone at 1-914-395-1081 from 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday or email us at email@example.com.
To expedite the return process, please have your order number ready, as well as the name and reference number of the product(s) you wish to return.
2) Please return your items within their original packaging, within a protective cardboard outer box.
Please keep in mind that La Rochere North America is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please ensure that product(s) are packed well to prevent breakage.
La Rochere North America is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3) Returns are processed in the order in which they are received and credits may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. We will issue a refund for the full price of any product properly returned in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, excluding the original delivery charges and the costs of returning the product to us.
Damage, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, please contact our Customer Service at 1-914-395-1081 Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a return authorization shipping label via email. Returns of damaged or defective merchandise will be refunded on your credit card at the current selling price of the product.
